... to my website! I hope you enjoy your stay. You can travel around my site by using the links I have provided below. You can also use the thumbnails across the top of this page. I try to update my blog regularly, trying to keep it interesting and enjoyable for you. Now, there are days I do not do the blog, but, only so much happens in our little town!! Don't forget to leave a comment or two in the blog section. I'd love to hear from you. And, to find out a bit about who I am and what I like to do... read my 'About Me' page.
Be sure to check out my 'Gallery' page. It shows the quilt projects that have made it off the UFO (UnFinished Object) pile. It is always a good feeling when I actually complete things! But, I work on many projects at a time. Probably too many, if that is possible. I guess I can truthfully say that I'll never run out of things to do! But, that is what a quilter is all about! At least in my situation!
You can also check out 'My Favorites". This is a list of quilting shops or designers websites that I like to visit and get inspired from, or buy fabric, (you never have enough!), get free patterns or to get some ideas for organization in my sewing room, (I'll take all the help I can get!). Just click on the link, and you'll be there!
For something fun... check out the 'Warning' page! Read through it. Have a laugh. I am sure all you dedicated quilters can relate to this. I had fun while writing it about 5 years ago.
I have added a new page to my website... Postcards... check it out! (Go to the above toolbar to 'MORE'. A drop-down thumbnail will appear). They are beautiful. I have displayed both the ones I have made and the ones I have received. I LOVE THESE THINGS!!! I am addicted! Probably too much so... I am not doing any sewing other than Postcards!!
Another page I added is "My Sewing Room"... it gives some pictures around my sewing space, and even shows off the new cabinet that my dear hubby made for me! I LOVE IT!! And, I thank him quite often for it!
I have become addicted to "Knitting". Pictures of my finished projects are in that folder. I started lessons on September 21, 2010, and have done the following projects: many dishcloths (using 2 different patterns), hats, scarves, Fireside Socks for myself & others. They are cozy warm! I have been accumulating yarns and patterns for my new addiction, and have even found a place to store them. Oh my, what I didn't need was another addiction, but I am loving it! Knitting is so much easier to take while traveling or to doctor appointments than quilting items, (in my opinion!) But, first & foremost... I AM A QUILTER!!
(8-8-11) Announcing a new page! I have been making myself some new purses. So, I have added a Purses, Purses and more Purses page. I have actually went through my fabric stash and picked out some fabric combinations that I'd like to make some more! I actually made one this morning for a lady at church. I liked it so much, I have cut out another for me!! I'll just change the lining... that way, we will both have "one of a kind!!"
(2-7-2013) Another New Page!! Everything Wool... This includes Penny Rugs, Wall Hangings, Pillows, Candle Mats, etc.
Again... Enjoy your stay! Thanks for visiting!
God Bless You All!
